The Drill Designer is a bit more complicated.  Expand the executable, INI and log files into a directory C:/prog/drill, and expand the .DPM file into the same place. On execution, the program will find the param file.  Or copy them wherever you want (as long as the INI and log files are in the executable's directory), and you'll have to do a file/open to find the .DPM file.
